At COC-Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your COC-Online account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
